State Titles 2009/10 Results
The 2009/10 Senior State Titles were run at South Port in testing conditions.   It didn't stop some keen and close racing however, with a very exciting finish in the Open Mens.

2010 Navy Series        
The 2nd year of the Navy series was a great success, with over 35 crews competing over four rounds across 6 divisions – Open Men, Reserve Men, Open Women, U23 Men, U23 Women & U19s in South Australia.

  Round Two 15th November 09 @ South Port    
  Round Three 6th December 09 @ Moana    
  Round Four 10th January 09 @ Christies Beach  

 

On results of the four round series, the winning crews, who also represent the state at the NAVY Australian Surf Boat Open Interstate Challenge are:

Port Augusta Grand Prix Series   
In 2009/2010, the Pt Augusta GP Series was contested over 5 rounds of racing, with the season kicking off as usual in Pt Augusta, followed by rounds on Adelaide's south coast.

Please note: with the cancellation of the Navy Series event on the 14th December, the remainder of the series was scheduled as follows:

  Round 1 7th November 09 @ Port Augusta    
  Round 2 29th November 09 @ Moana    
  Round 3 20th December 09 @ Middleton    
  Round 4 14th February 10 @ Middleton    
  Round 5 7th March 10 @ South Port

Another great weekend with nearly 40 crews and their supporters making the trek to Port Augusta for the launch of the 15th year of the CITY OF PORT AUGUSTA Grand Prix Series.   Results were:

Aussies medal haul for SA Crews
With the tragic death of Saxon Bird at the 2010 Australian Titles, only Masters Surf Boat races were contested through to finals. 

The South Aussie Masters boatie crews were up there with the countries best however, with three crews brining back medals.

  Mens 200s Gold Medal Reed, Thompson, Ward, Wiles & Gleeson
